Booth Selection

Please select the "View Floor Plan" button to view the booth map and make your selections. Up to four booths may be selected as part of your request. You have the capability to place each booth in the order of your preference.

On the booth selection page, booths can be selected using two methods:

1. Entering the booth number in the textbox and clicking the "Add Booth" button or
2. Clicking a booth on the floor plan

The booth pricing this year is based on location. Based on 10' x 10', A booths are $12,275; B booths are $8400; and all other booths are $4,400. You can see this on the floor plan at this link.

SNAXPO 2017 will be held April 1 - 4, in Savannah, GA at the Savannah Trade and Convention Center. You will receive one 6' draped table, 2 chairs, one 7" x 44" ID sign, and one waste basket with your booth. Carpet is not included and you will need to order it. All other requirements are optional.

You also receive one complimentary full package registration, giving you entrance to the opening/closing receptions/dinners, general sessions with breakfast, all in addition to entrance to the exhibit hall, breakout sessions and lunch each day. If you purchased a second booth, you will recieve a complimentary exhibitor badge to work, set-up and dismantle your booth; take part in the educational sessions on the trade show floor as well as lunch each day. Any one you want to register over and above these complimentary registrations must be purchased. A full package is $845 if purchased in advance; an exhibit hall badge is $420 if purchased in advance.

You can have as many passes for prospective and current customers, to walk the show floor as you want. To qualify, they must be employed by a ready-to-eat snack manufacturer. These passes may not be used by employees of your company or individuals employed by a company that does not directly manufacture snack products.
