Please see below for the list of jurisdictions that ACC will apply to for CLE/CPD credit for ACC's 2011 Annual Meeting. Additional updates regarding credits will be posted as we receive results. Please check this page often for updates from your jurisdiction on pending approvals.

 The Total Credits listed below reflect the maximum number of credits an attendee can earn at the 2011 Annual Meeting, including the maximum ethics credits for that jurisdiction. Pending approval, in 60-minute states, each Annual Meeting session is worth 1.5 credits and in 50-minute states, each Annual Meeting session is worth 1.8 credits. 50-minute states are designated with an asterisks (*) below.

Australia  The Law Society of NSW does not have a course accreditation process. If this particular educational activity is relevant to your immediate or long term needs in relation to your professional development and practice of the law, then you should claim one "unit” for each hour of attendance, refreshment breaks not included.Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting.
British Columbia15 The Law Society of British Columbia does not approve courses for ethics credit.Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting.

Ireland  The Society does not accredit any particular course provider and the onus is on a solicitor to exercise his/her own reasonable judgment in relation to the quality of education/training and what education/training is relevant to his/her particular practice.Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting.
Kansas*  Due to the nature and scope of the presentation, KS prefers that attorneys apply individually. The attorney will need to complete an application for approval of CLE activity and attach an agenda highlighting the sessions attended.Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting.

Ontario  Credit approval pending.Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting. NOTE: Due to the fact that all of the accredited sessions are optional portions of this program, registrants need to register these options individually in their portal account. In addition, attendees will have to complete an additional entry in their account for any substantive hours that they attend.

Pennsylvania1515 As an accredited provider, PA requires ACC to report ALL attendee credits. Confirmed attendee credits will be reported within 30 days of the program.
Quebec1515The Barreau du Québec automatically recognizes and approves training activities held outside the Province of Quebec and accredited by another Law Society which has adopted MCLE for its members. Reciprocity received through British Columbia. 
Rhode Island*1818 Confirmed attendee credits will be reported by ACC within 30 days of program.
Scotland  Scotland does not pre-approve courses.Attorneys are expected to participate and track their continuing professional development and be able to produce their CPD Record Card upon request.
