On the booth selection page, booths can be selected using two methods:

1. Entering the booth number in the textbox and clicking the "Add Booth" button or
2. Clicking a booth on the floor plan

Booth space pricing is based on location. Exhibitors are permitted one 10' x 10' or one 10' x 20'. Based on 10' x 10', A booths are $12,275; B booths are $8,400; and all other booths are $4,400. You can see this on the floor plan at this link. Non-members of SNAC must pay an additional surcharge of $1,250.

SNAXPO 2019 Trade Show and Convention will be held March 31 - April 2, at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida. The exhibit hall will officially be open Monday, April 1 and Tuesday, April 2.

With your booth, you will receive one 6' draped table, two chairs, one 7" x 44" ID sign, and one waste basket. Carpet is not included and you will need to order it. All other requirements are optional.

Machinery requiring more than 110v electric service is not permitted.

Exhibitors will receive one complimentary, full registration with their booth; and one exhibit hall only badge if a second booth is reserved. The full registration includes the opening and closing networking events, breakfasts and general sessions with speakers, exhibit hall with lunch, reception inside the exhibit hall, and education sessions. The exhibit hall only badge will allow you to set-up and tear down your booth, take part in the breakout educational sessions, and enjoy lunch on Monday and Tuesday, inside the exhibit hall. Additional Exhibit Hall Badges and full package registrations are available can be purchased.

Exhibitors can have as many passes for current and prospective, ready-to-eat snack producing customers or co-packers, to walk the show floor, as they want. These passes may not be used by employees of your company or individuals employed by a company that does not directly produce snack products. Each customer pass will be strictly vetted to avoid abuse of this privilege.

All reservations are date stamped as received and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. SNAC's Trade Show Exhibit Manager reserves the right to use discretion in reassigning spaces in cases where companies with competitive products have exhibits adjacent to each other, or when adjustments to the layout of the exhibit hall need to be made. Final space assignments are at the discretion of SNAC International. SFA members and non-members may exhibit at SNAXPO 2019.

All Exhibitors must provide proof of insurance. All property of the Exhibitor is understood to remain under its custody and control in transit to and from or within confines of the Facility. SHOW MANAGEMENT does not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property. Exhibitor shall carry Comprehensive General Liability coverage including premises, operations and contractual liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 for Personal Injury Liability and $500,000 for Property, Worker's Compensation with Employer's Liability with applicable statutory coverage. Certificates of Insurance must be furnished before set-up can be allowed.
