Cancellation/Refund/Changes Policy

In the event of cancellation, SNAC International (SNAC) shall have the right to use said space to suit its own convenience, including selling the space to another exhibitor, without any rebate or allowance to the canceled exhibitor. SNAC International assumes no responsibility for having included the name of the canceled exhibitor or descriptions of products in the show program, magazines, brochures or other materials.(1) The exhibitor shall give SNAC International notice in WRITING of intention to cancel or withdraw from the show. (2) In the event the said notice is postmarked on or before September 25, 2017 and received by SNAC International, the exhibitor shall be obligated and agrees to pay a cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of space assigned. (3) In the event the said notice is postmarked after September 25, 2017 and received by SNAC International, the exhibitor shall be obligated and agrees to pay a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of space assigned. (4) In the event the said notice is postmarked after November 30, 2017 and received by SNAC International, the exhibitor shall be obligated and agrees to pay the total cost of space assigned.
