Cancellation Policy

GM2010 Refund/Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any registrations. There will be NO REFUND of any portion of the fees after March 30, 2010 unless a written medical certificate is provided to National Office stating that the participant is unfit to participate in the program. If, for any reason, a participant must be sent home, there will be no refund of fees. Travel costs associated with departures will be the individual’s responsibility.
